Vintage Black, Gray, Blue Plaid Dress Puff Sleeves

This is a new Vintage dress from the 80's I have had in storage for many years. It has never been worn but I washed it as it had gotten wet. I'm Guessing it to be about a size 16/18. It has a 22 to 34" elastic waist with a lightweight black leather belt and buckle. It has a flared skirt, 2 side pockets, 5 buttons down the front to the elastic waist, fake flaps on the front, wide cuffs with 1 button and slightly puffed sleeves at the shoulders. The overall length is 46". It is 19" across under the arms and 68" all around the bottom. It is very soft to the touch. If you need more info please ask.
